Our main services

Company Pension Plan

We offer this efficient form of retirement provision in the form of a direct insurance policy. In this arrangement, the employer’s social security contributions saved through deferred compensation is made available to the employee as an additional component of the company pension plan.

Laundry Service

Our employees can save themselves the time of using a washing machine, as we work together with a cleaning company. Twice a week, employees can drop off their laundry at our location in Oldenburg and pick it up cleaned and ironed. Additionally, there is also the option to have tailored suits, shirts, blouses, etc. made to measure.

Home Office

Depending on the area of responsibility, we offer the option to use flextime and individual working time models. Additionally, supervisors are always receptive to allowing employees to work remotely and from home.

AWO Lifebalance

In cooperation with AWO Lifebalance, our employees can access free and anonymous counseling services on topics such as childcare, caregiving responsibilities, and psychosocial stress. When it comes to childcare, the spectrum ranges from regular childcare to emergency care. This includes holiday programs for school children, event supervision, and parental counseling. Additionally, comprehensive counseling and support are provided for employees with caregiving responsiblities, addressing questions related to care and nutrition, housing and household, mobility, caregiving, and leisure, as well as illness and disability. The awo’s life stage coaching assists in professional and personal crisis situations.

Comprehensive Healthcare

Our employees benefit from numerous offers that promote health in the workplace. For example, there is the opportunity to take part in the annual eye test or flu vaccination by our company doctor. In addition, health days are offered at Treuhand, where information is provided on topics such as stress and time management, healthy eating, back fitness and DKMS.

Company Fitness Program

This is how we stay fit! Our employees can take advantage of the Hansefit company fitness prgram at discounted rates. This program offers a wide range of sports activities to choose from. Additionally, access to swimming pools and saunas within the nationwide network of sports and fitness facilities is included.

Bicycle Leasing

Through our collaborator mein-dienstrad.de, we now offer bicycle leasing. Employees can choose either the increasingly popular e-bikes as well as traditional bicycles. The monthly installments are deducted from the paycheck . As a benefit, Treuhand covers the costs of the full-service package (initial inspection + maintenance). Additionally, employees receive a high-visibility vest and a practical saddle cover as extras.
